Abominable Hombre

The Carlson
This medium-bodied amber ale is a tawny-colored ale brewed with roasted barley and dark crystal malts giving nutty notes of caramel in a malt-forward profile. This beer shares the namesake of our historic building.

The Meadowlark Brown is a full-bodied ale brewed with chocolate malt giving it a dark, rich, malty color. This brown ale brings notes of chocolate and coffee to the palette. The beer gets its name from the Meadowlark brown bird.
