We invite you to stop in for a bite to eat. We offer snacks at the bar, but you are welcome to bring your own food to the brewery. We have partnered with two local restaurants to bring you a full menu that is family-friendly.

Authentic Bavarian Pretzels
XLVII is the number forty-seven in Roman numerals and is a small locally owned business based in Thornton, CO. XLVIIs Bakery hand creates pretzels that are available anytime in the taproom. Choose between regular mustard, honey mustard, spicy mustard, or ranch for a a great dipping experience.

A full menu is available at the brewery for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Catalina's Diner. Place your food and drinks order with your beer-tender and your food will be delivered to your table. Pricing includes delivery fees.
You can order Catalina's Diner at EBC Tuesday through Saturday from open to 7:30 PM

You can order Jac's any day of the week. Last call for orders is 6:30 PM Sunday - Thursday and 7:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
